Fee Arrangements
Depending upon the type of case involved, subject to agreement, different fee arrangements
are offered for the benefit of clients, including flat rates, fixed hourly rates,
contingency fee arrangements, and hybrid arrangements which combine the aspects of both
fixed hourly rates and contingency fee arrangements, although at a lower hourly and contingency rate.
As stated above, our office handles some cases on a flat rate basis, but that is generally limited
to consumer bankruptcy matters, wills and simple estates.
Areas of Practice
The firm presently practices in the areas of Bankruptcy Law, Collections, Commercial Litigation, including matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code, Contracts, Business Torts, Business Planning, and issues involving Commercial Paper and Secured Transactions, in terms of the Firm's commercial areas of practice. The firm also engages in Real Estate Law, including acquisition, sale, refinancing, and foreclosure of real estate, as well as zoning and landlord/tenant issues. Finally, the Firm maintains a general practice in the areas of Personal Injury Law and Domestic Relations.
The attorneys in the Firm are actively engaged in the preparation and trial of cases, and along with our support staff, are adequately prepared for each Court appearance or meeting.
