Exchanges 
You may return all items sold by xtremejewel.com within 21 day from the date of shipment. All returns from the Continental United States can be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please include your order number, name, address and phone number for quick and efficient processing. Xtremejewel.com is unable to refund or incur shipping charges in both directions for returned product. Refunds will be issued less all shipping charges for the item or items, this includes free shipping offers.

Shipping 
Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours, for validated orders. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2-3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 5-7 days to more rural areas. For USA we use UPS ground. International orders are shipped in 2 ways, first class international mail , 5 to 15 days depending country destination or Express mail international, 3 to 10 days depending country destination , Please check our rates at shipping rates.

International orders, 
We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates International shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Xtremejewel.com does not refund customs, duties or taxes associated with international orders.
